Originally specialising in commercial relocations and project management, our main objectives were to ensure the client experienced minimal downtime and risks – ensuring essential services continue to function throughout the move.
Time to grow and succeed
As our client base and understanding of the market grew, so did we as a company. In 2017, Simon Gammell was appointed as Director of Crown Workspace UK. He comes with over 20 years’ experience within the commercial property sector.
Simon oversaw the strategy for growth, developing our service offering to match the growing needs of our clients, launching office fit-out and design.
We cemented our commitment to the workplace change sector by announcing two acquisitions. In the first half of 2018, we acquired Fusion Workplace Services in New Zealand who specialise in commercial relocations.
In November 2018 we acquired Premier Workplace Services. This acquisition allowed us to grow, increase our market share and deliver a wider range of services to corporate customers. With a 20-year plus track record, Premier Workplace Services was a recognised leader within the industry and a great addition to Crown Workspace.
Whilst Crown Workspace has been supporting clients since before we can remember, the Workspace brand officially launched globally in 2019. Key markets include Europe, America and Asia.
Providing a bespoke and tailored solution for all types of office and workplace, Crown Workspace’s services and expertise includes space planning and interior design, fit out, commercial relocations, move management, information management, and furniture recycling & procurement.
During all this time, our objective has stayed the same. Providing clients with hassle-free workplace change projects – whilst creating spaces to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
