Four Tips to Create a Successful Brief

A rewarding new workplace is the result of a carefully planned and executed brief, with objectives, clear framework, timescale and ambitions.

This will be the foundation of a successful workplace relocation brief and the evolution of a rewarding organisation.

  1. It should focus on how to reap the most benefits from the project, considering workplace and brand identity, culture and practices.
  2. Should explain the organisations’ background, business objectives, aspirations alongside a desired time scales and financial budget for all of the short-medium-long term goals.
  3. It should provide a balance between corporate objectives (such as profitability), workplace objectives (such as employee well-being) and operational objectives (such as IT strategies).
  4. Imagine that your brief is a roadmap which outlines any possible routes, twists or turns. It will ultimately serve as the relocation plan and will be referred back too numerous times, within the relocation process, so it’s important to get all information right
