Crown signals commitment to workplace change services with sizeable London acquisition<\/h2>\n

Crown has announced the acquisition of Premier Workplace Services <\/a>as the group underlines its commitment to the workplace change sector.<\/p>\n

The acquisition is a catalyst for Crown\u2019s continued expansion in the workplace services space and is one of the business\u2019 most significant in its 53-year history.<\/p>\n

Crown Workspace, one of the group\u2019s key growth brands, already provides a range of services within this market sector and this acquisition will allow the business to grow, increase its market share and deliver a wider range of services to corporate customers.<\/p>\n

With a 20-year plus track record, Premier Workplace Services is a recognised leader within the industry with \u00a320m turnover, 200 staff and a blue-chip client list of 600 including businesses such as KPMG, Tesco, Transport for London, Metropolitan Police and Man Group.<\/p>\n

Combined group services will include: workplace consultancy, space planning and interior design, fit-out and refurbishment, furniture consultancy and procurement, specialist IT, storage and commercial relocations and a range of sustainable services to meet the needs of today\u2019s CSR objectives.<\/p>\n

The purchase offers new opportunities for both brands to capitalise on Crown Worldwide\u2019s global footprint across its 265 offices in all four corners of the globe.<\/p>\n
