Project move management and office relocation
The project to provide onsite project management and office relocation services took place at the Hong Kong Science Park. The project included the moving of 400 staff and equipment as well as the unpacking and securing of new assets into various areas of the new building.
Moving 400 staff and equipment over five weeks
Crown’s involvement was over an intensive five-week period. We worked in collaboration with Philips project managers and other key stakeholders. The relocation began in the middle of April 2019, eight months after the commencement of planning. We undertook testing in preparation for moving. Determining the right staffing levels was carefully planned during these internal tests. The extensive experience of our commercial mover’s specialist staff was key to ensuring everything was completed on time and to Philips’ satisfaction.
