Furniture storage for established global financial advisory institute

Our Client provides merger and acquisition, wealth management, strategic and fundraising advice to large or medium sized corporations, government and private individuals. Through their understanding in regional industry challenges, regulation, economy and market environment, they are a leading adviser to local and foreign companies. Their Hong Kong branch is situated at Alexandra House in Central, the prime office district in Hong Kong, with 40 employees.

In light of our Client’s cost control strategy, their management team decided to downsize their office space. The Client needed an experienced partner to store their excess office furniture to make more working space for completing their renovations.

Taking good care of your company assets during renovation project

Crown Workspace was appointed to manage the relocation and office furniture storage for six months. We also transported some 200 bottles of fine wines and stored them at our climate-controlled cabinets, ensure the wines are safely handled, loaded and transported in the right condition before returning to the office.

By putting their office furniture in Crown’s warehouse, we protected their stored goods from getting damaged, helping Client to complete the renovation faster – clearing up space, ultimately saving them time, resources and money. Crown packed and stored Client’s office furniture within containers in our secure facilities.
