SMBC Aviation Capital is a leading global aircraft leasing company, leasing aircraft to airlines across the globe, from long-established national flag carriers to dynamic start-ups. As part of a move towards a flexible workspace for their staff in Central office, SMBC Aviation Capital required specialist IT relocation support for their office move to Hysan, a grade A office space in Causeway Bay. Equipment included PCs, monitors, cabling, monitor arms, doc stations and keyboards.
To facilitate the office moving process, IT specialists from Crown Workspace, decommissioned the equipment which was then carefully wrapped with anti-static bubble wrap and packed into crates. Crown team also packed office furniture, plane models, documents and personal items. All items were unpacked, reinstalled and recommissioned at the Client’s new office in Hysan.
From the initial planning stages, Crown Workspace’s IT division delivered a carefully planned IT relocation to conform to the client’s budget, timescale and logistical requirements. The services provided included:
