Relocating 130 staff for a leading consumer credit reference agency in Hong Kong
Our Client is a global information and insights company, providing accurate and comprehensive consumer credit data to organizations. To strengthen their foothold in Hong Kong and support their business expansion, the Client decided to move their 130 employees to a larger office at Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The newly furnished office space is spacious, functional and dynamic, enabling their employees to offer greater flexibility and personal services to customers.
A seamless relocation in order to minimize disruption
The Client has a stringent requirement on their online credit service platform – it must be secure and able to offer unintermittedly service to their subscribers. The Client required a seamless relocation in order to minimize disruption to their operation and customers’ online data requests.
Crown Workspace was appointed to deliver the office move – from moving office furniture to a full decommission and recommission of the desktop IT. Our team finished the move with minimum downtime between 6p.m. and 8:30 p.m. as per Client’s request.
