Our client is one of the largest job portals in Asia, providing a recruitment platform for employers and job seekers. The technology-driven company has moved their operations online in recent years, facilitating them to better serve their customers in Asia Pacific. The client needed to relocate its various offices in Wan Chai to one large office in Quarry Bay and create a social space that would facilitate communication and engagement. The new office would accommodate the changing needs of 180 employees, many of whom have adapted to working from home.
After providing a competitive quote, Crown Workspace Hong Kong secured the contract to provide office relocation and storage services for this move project.
Keeping company assets safe and secure
Head of Crown Workspace Hong Kong collaborated closely with the client to provide a flexible service under challenging pandemic conditions.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the client needed to store their office furniture in Crown’s warehouse prior to the move. We facilitated the storage space of all furniture, bulk filing, and desktop equipment in our climate-controlled warehouse. The relocation project completed in January 2021. The client was extremely pleased with the service Crown Workspace provided and the flexibility we offered.
