Hang Seng Bank is a Hong Kong-based banking and financial services company, offering wealth and personal banking, commercial banking and global banking. The Bank has a branch in Macau with 60 employees, serving local customers.
Crown Workspace was appointed to relocate their Macau branch to the new office at Circle Square (close to Senado Square). Safety of staff and customers has always been our top priority at Crown. During the relocation process, we implemented stringent COVID-19 control measures to ensure that we did our part in preventing the spread of the virus. The Crown team had also adopted service adjustments and special measures to ensure the move was carried out smoothly and according to customer requirements.
Working in close collaboration with the Hang Seng team
Head of Crown Workspace Hong Kong and supervisor in Macau worked in close collaboration with Hang Seng’s team to create a detailed move plan to ensure minimal disruption to the Bank’s operations. During the move weekend (Friday to Sunday), the Hong Kong team guided the operation team in Macau through video calls and text messages to facilitate the move. Our operation team adhered strictly to Macau Government guidelines. All work were carried out in accordance to Crown’s policies and risk assessments relating to COVID-19.
