One process from collection to final disposition

1. Consultation and Asset Assessment
We review your equipment types, quantities, locations, security requirements, and preferred outcomes. Assets can then be grouped for data erasure, physical destruction, remarketing, or recycling.
2. Secure Collection
Our team coordinates the collection of your retired IT equipment from your office, storage location, or another agreed site. Collection arrangements can be planned to reduce disruption to your daily operations.
3. Asset Inventory and Chain of Custody
Assets are recorded and tracked as they move through the disposition process. This provides greater visibility into what was collected, how each asset was processed, and its final outcome.
4. Data Erasure or Destruction
Data-bearing devices are securely erased, degaussed, or physically destroyed according to the agreed security requirements and condition of the equipment.
5. Remarketing, Materials Recovery, or Recycling
Reusable equipment may be refurbished and remarketed. Equipment without resale potential is processed for materials recovery or responsible recycling.
6. Reporting and Certification
Upon completion, you receive the relevant reports, records, and certificates for your project.
These may include:
- Collection and inventory records
- Chain-of-custody records
- Data erasure certificates
- Destruction records
- Asset valuation and buyback summaries
- Recycling certificates
- Final asset disposition reports
