Furniture storage for established global financial advisory institute

Our Client provides merger and acquisition, wealth management, strategic and fundraising advice to large or medium sized corporations, government and private individuals. Through their understanding in regional industry challenges, regulation, economy and market environment, they are a leading adviser to local and foreign companies.

In light of client’s cost control strategy, they decided to rework their workspace at certain locations. The client needs an experienced partner with secure storage facilities to store their excess office furniture while renovation works are being carried at the affected offices.

Taking good care of your company assets during renovation project

Crown Workspace is appointed to manage the workspace relocation project and provide a 6-month commercial storage facility for office furniture. All furniture is packed and stored within containers in our secure facilities. By storing their office furniture at Crown’s state-of-the-art warehouse, the furniture is well protected from damages, mold and meadow etc. This also helps client to complete the renovation faster – clearing up space, ultimately saving them time, resources and money.

We also need to transport some 200 bottles of fine wines and stored them at our climate-controlled cabinets, ensure the wines are safely handled, loaded and transported in the right condition before returning to the office.
