First Judicial District of Pennsylvania Relocates to New Office Space

First Judicial District of Pennsylvania Rules on New Office Space

The Federal court needed to move from leased space to another location in Philadelphia. The client needed to move to a larger facility and accommodate offices, facilities, and much needed storage.

The new office space would allow for essential departments to be housed together; Criminal Trial Division’s Adult Probation and Parole department, Pre-trial Services, and the office of Judicial records.

Over 400 employees were moved to the new location. The department continued to offer critical services to the city and the move had to be started and completed in six days.

Crown was instrumental in the pre-bid site visit to develop the “move strategy” of this multi-level move. Crown provided project move management, moving supplies, transportation, disposal, recycling, and records management to the client. The move had to be completed in 6 days. Crown met this deadline by mapping out a floor by floor, day by day strategy. Our experienced commercial moving crew was instrumental in meeting the deadline.

  • The entire move was completed with accuracy and the critical departments were back in service by the required deadline.
  • The move was completed on budget

“On behalf of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, thank you for a successful relocation project”
