BVLGARI is renowned for its glamorous gemstone jewellery, luxury watches, perfumes, and leather goods. As a leading name in the luxury goods sector, Bulgari Middle East operates out of Dubai, UAE, serving a high-end clientele.
The Client’s Challenge
Bvlgari Middle East faced the challenge of relocating from their offices on the 62nd floor of Al Mas Tower to a newly leased and refurbished space on the 50th floor of the same building. This move involved 80 staff members working in a mix of open-plan and closed offices. The relocation needed to be meticulously timed to ensure minimal downtime for their wholesale operations, which continued to function from the 62nd floor during the move.
Crown Workspace’s Solution
Our team at Crown Workspace initiated the project with a detailed planning phase, coordinating closely with the Bulgari team. The objective was to ensure a seamless transition with minimal impact on Bulgari’s business operations.
We implemented a strategic two-shift system to pack, move, and set up the new office space. The relocation commenced on Friday at 6 PM, and by Sunday at 6 PM, we successfully handed over the fully operational new site. This efficient process allowed Bulgari to resume business as usual by Monday at 8 AM.
To add a final touch of finesse, our team of specialist handymen installed 45 pieces of wall art in the new office over the following weekend. Additionally, we provided secure destruction services and remained on-site during the go-live day to assist with any last-minute user changes, ensuring a smooth transition.
Results
The relocation project was completed ahead of schedule, exceeding the client’s expectations. The smooth and efficient move minimized downtime and disruption, enabling Bulgari Middle East to continue their operations seamlessly.
