Two independent Forex trading powerhouse brokers required assistance to relocate 40 staff and their IT equipment to their newly acquired offices.

As part of the pre-audit, Crown’s IT engineers fully mapped the multiple screens and port configurations for each workstation. Attention to detail was critical. During disconnection, each workstation was carefully packaged and labelled to support seamless reinstallation and reconfiguration. We collaborated with the on-site IT team to patch all the floor data and voice ports and facilitate a smooth plug-and-play approach for the next trading day.
Crown Workspace supported with secure and sustainable disposal of end-of-life IT equipment, including an uninterrupted power supply kit. All IT equipment was professionally and compliantly recycled with full certification by Dubai Municipality and the Ministry of Environment.
By Monday morning, in time for the opening of trading, the relocation had been completed smoothly and professionally with minimum disruption.
