Office upgrade for major consumer goods company

A major consumer goods company in the health and nutrition space needed assistance whilst upgrading and commercially refurbishing their Dubai office facilities.

The client came to Crown Workspace with several concerns.

  • They were at the end of their lease and needed to move immediately, but their new office would not be ready for another three months.
  • With Covid-19 protocols still in place, they had 200 staff to relocate but could only operate with 40% of staff in the workplace.
  • They needed both relocation and storage with the added flexibility of partial deliveries as the new office space became available.

Our Project Manager consulted with key stakeholders within the HR, IT and Legal functions to ensure a comprehensive project solution to meet all of their individual needs.

All HR and legal files were barcoded before relocation to provide a detailed inventory and audit trail. All IT equipment was barcoded using the same technology before being securely packaged and crated, ready for storage. Thanks to Crown’s technology, and the detailed inventory, the client was able to arrange next-day delivery of any items as and when required.

On completion of their upgrade, Crown Workspace completed the delivery and whole set-up from storage over the weekend and completed the set-up.

All redundant IT equipment was removed by our professional office mover team in Dubai and either recycled or refurbished compliantly and sustainably. The client was provided with a rebate of 60% of the original cost of the products, which maximised both their financial and environmental value.
