Project Overview
In August 2019, we successfully relocated about 2,000 employees in 8 days over the span of 2.5 months from a rented building in the city centre to their corporate building in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. This exercise was a catalyst for a new service that Crown has never done before which was to relocate work stations for 2,000 personnel.
The Solution
Manage the moving of general items as well as other vendors involved in moving equipment and furniture into the new office.
