Facilitating Home Working Initiatives

Some of your employees may be adopting flexibility of working from home on a more regular basis. Or you may be introducing working from home as a permanent option for your employees. It is important to ensure that the home working environment supports the well-being of employees safely & cost effectively.

We help to set-up your employees’ home office by packing & moving office furniture (desks, chairs, file cabinets etc), important documents, expensive IT equipment such as computers, monitors, printers, copiers, desktop phones etc.

Office reconfiguration, relocation or exit

We’ve introduced new working practices which allows us to support your operational needs, reconfigure your workspace, relocate teams or even exit a space to meet landlord requirements whilst ensuring the safety of your staff.

If you are exiting a building, we will ensure the process for the disposal of redundant furniture assets and IT equipment is as sustainable and cost-effective as possible, and managed with a focus on donation.

Reconfiguration of office space for effective social distancing

Businesses need to reassess their workspaces to consider how to meet social distancing requirements, whilst still creating a productive and inspiring place to work. Our teams can work with you to understand your needs and provide optimized solutions that can be easily implemented. At all times, we seek to make staff feel safe and protected in a viable working environment.

Storage of unused assets

In order to adapt to new layouts and changes in working practices, it may be necessary to rearrange the workspace. This could result in some items of furniture or assets needing to go into storage. We can collect and store these items safely. A list of full inventory will be provided and can be readily accessed when needed.

Safe and secure disposal

Upon reconfiguring your current workspace or relocating to a new office, businesses may end up with redundant furniture, IT equipment, documents etc. We help businesses meet their legal and environmental commitments when disposing of redundant items, particularly IT hardware. IT equipment is securely destroyed to ensure your critical data does not fall into the wrong hands. And, component parts and other materials are then recycled.
