Crown Workspace Storage Promotion Campaign (“Campaign”)

Terms & Conditions

The Campaign is offered by Crown Worldwide Group Sdn. Bhd. (Company number: 197301002129) (“Crown”) on the terms and conditions listed below.

Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from 12:01AM on 23^rd July 2026 to 11:59PM on 30^th September 2026, both dates inclusive, which can be extended by Crown without prior notice (“Campaign Period”).

Eligibility

The Campaign is open exclusively to:

(i)

Customers who book and complete payment for Eligible Storage Services within the Campaign Period.

(ii)

Eligible Storage Services means any storage services which meet the requirements set out below:

Minimum term	6 months
Minimum volume	8 cubic meters (equivalent to 1 Storage Vault)
Maximum weight per Storage Vault	400kg
Prohibited items The contents of storage must not contain any of the following: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products, food products, perishables, or any goods that may attract pests or vermin; Chemicals, liquids or gels, dangerous, hazardous, explosive, flammable, poisonous, contaminating, contaminated or radioactive materials, or regulated industrial stock; Frozen, chilled, fresh food or any other item that requires cold-chain storage. Any other prohibited items as determined by Crown in accordance with its safety, regulatory, and operational requirements. Crown shall be entitled to reject any storage containing the prohibited items above.

(iii)

Any new or additional storage added by Crown’s existing customers, including any customers who have confirmed and booked Eligible Storage Services within the Campaign Period, shall be treated as a new and separate storage contract, regardless of whether such new or additional storage meets the storage requirements listed in (ii) above.

Campaign Promotion

Customers who have booked and completed payment for Eligible Storage Services within the Campaign Period will be eligible to receive the Campaign Promotion.

Campaign Promotion:

Description of Campaign Promotion	Charges
A one-off discount on one (1) outbound transportation charge from Crown’s storage facility to one (1) destination within the Klang Valley. The date and timing of such outbound transportation shall be subject to Crown’s availability.	100% discount
A one-off discount on Crown’s warehouse handling fees	100% discount

The Campaign Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash, credit or kind or any other promotion.

General

Any services provided by Crown under the Campaign shall be subject to Crown’s Standard Trading Terms and Conditions, which shall be made available to customers upon booking and confirmation of any service and must be accepted by customers. Any variation to Crown’s Standard Trading Terms and Conditions by customers may, at Crown’s sole discretion, invalidate a customer from receiving the Campaign Promotion.
The Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other campaigns, promotions, offers, privileges or discounts, unless otherwise agreed by Crown.
Crown reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of these terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice. In addition, Crown reserves the right at any time to discontinue or suspend this Campaign without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, amendment, discontinuance, or suspension by Crown of the Campaign shall not entitle customers to any claim or compensation against Crown for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the customer as a direct or indirect result of the act of the amendment, discontinuance or suspension.
Crown shall not be liable for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by customers arising from their participation in the Campaign. Crown further excludes liability for any injury or damage to customers or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Campaign.
The decision of Crown in all matters relating to the Campaign including but not limited to the eligibility of storage services for the Campaign Promotion or in the event of any dispute is final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes or appeals will be entertained.
All customers shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign.
By participating in this Campaign, customers shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions stated herein.

Personal Data

(i)	In connection with this Campaign and the management and administration of the Campaign Promotion, it is necessary for Crown to collect and process certain personal data relating to the eligible customers. The types of personal data that Crown collects, may include, but is not limited to, such customer’s personal details (such as name, identification details and nationality) and contact details (such as addresses for delivery, email address, phone and fax numbers). Crown shall take reasonable precautions to keep the personal data secure.
(ii)	By participating in this Campaign, customers consent to the use and processing of his/her personal data in the manner set out in this clause and Crown’s privacy statement. Crown’s complete privacy statement is accessible at https://www.crownworldwide.com/privacy-statement.
(iii)	Any customer withdraw his/her consent at any time and request that Crown stops using his/her personal data for the purposes of this Campaign, in which case the said customer’s personal data will not be used and Crown’s services and/or the Campaign Promotion will not be offered and/or provided to the customer.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
