LEED Platinum Certified Project
Citibank Indonesia occupies 4 floors with a total 8,300 sqm area with an open and environmentally friendly design concept. This office is the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certified project in Indonesia which is the highest LEED category as awarded by the US Green Building Council. The use of hi-tech facilities such as LED screens and Cisco audio video conference equipment creates a seamless connection between Citibank offices globally.
3600 workstations moved from multiple locations
Crown is strategically placed to combine a number of critical services to Citibank as a one stop service provider. Included in this umbrella of services are office relocations, key personnel local and international relocations and mobility services.
We handled the large move of 3600 workstations from multiple locations in the Jakarta CBD to South Quarter office precinct, Simatupang, South Jakarta. This move took place in the second half of 2016. Critical to this move was the planning required to provide after hour and weekend service to minimize disruptions to the day-to-day operation of their banking service. Included in the move were heavy safes, fire safes, specialized printing equipment and a large volume of staff personal effects.
In 2018, Citibank engaged Crown again for the next move within the building. This was a 12-month project and we handled the move management. We also got involved the IT handling of this project through dismantling install their computers.
