What do owners of commercial property need to be thinking about now in light of market and regulatory change?
The UK is the first major economy to pass a net-zero emissions law pledging to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, and the built environment has a very big part to play, contributing about 40% to the UK’s total carbon footprint.
But what does this mean in practical terms to owners of commercial property?
