Seamless relocation to minimize business downtime

PROJECT OVERVIEW

To strengthen its foothold in the Philippines and support its rapidly expanding business plan, the Client decided to merge operations of two offices in Makati and have all employees working under the same collaborative work environment at its new building in Makati.

The new workspace is spacious, functional and dynamic, enabling Client’s employees to offer greater flexibility and personal services to customers.

As Client has a stringent requirement on their specialized niche services, Crown Workspace Philippines had to ensure the relocation was done in the most secure and seamless manner in order to minimize disruption to their operation.


THE PROJECT INCLUDES:

  • Industrial packing and transporting of company assets and office furniture
  • Unpacking, reinstalling, and repositioning of all moved items at Client’s new office

THE SOLUTION

A detailed proposal with quote based on Client’s requirements was presented to the Client.

After careful consideration, Crown Workspace Philippines was appointed to deliver the office move.

A dedicated project manager from Crown Workspace was appointed to oversee this project.

A detailed project timeline was established together with Client’s team, and due to some specific logistical requirements and building access restrictions at both the origin and new buildings, all moving activities could only be carried out from 6pm to 10pm.

The entire project was undertaken in 5 days and was completed according to client’s requirements.

Client was satisfied that the entire office relocation was completed within the given time frame and budget.
