For emails and related services, Crown relies on established third-party cloud service provider who neither utilize nor have access to your personal data.
  • Qualified Service Providers. Due to the nature of our business, we have collaborated with companies and organization such as Forwarders and Brokers. They play a crucial role in providing services to our customers. Crown transfers personal data to these partners on a need-to-know basis, ensuring that only the necessary information is shared and that they receive no more data than required for service delivery. Crown remains responsible for how your personal information is managed by our Service Partners.
  • Crown Affiliates. Companies within the Crown Group, operating under the same umbrella, are responsible for managing our clients and ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
  • Law Enforcement and Government Agencies. We disclose information only when legally required by applicable laws, regulations, and lawful orders and processes. If you request immigration or cross-border services through Crown, we may need to share your personal information with relevant government agencies.
