Short notice request from returning client

Our client is the country’s premiere financial conglomerate established since 1962, boasting diverse product portfolio including investment banking, thrift banking, leasing and financing, bancassurance, and credit cards.

It offers full range of services to large local and multinational corporations and SMEs, high net-worth individuals and retail segment.

DELIGHTFUL SERVICE EXPERIENCE

This wasn’t the first experience our Client had with Crown Workspace Philippines. The Client has had some very delightful service experiences with the team and has been particularly very satisfied with the proactive customer support and prioritization of Client’s needs.

An urgent request was put forth by internal stakeholder to the Client’s officer in charge, requesting to move a few office items and boxes of documents from branch office to Head Office. Not only the request was given on short notice, but internal stakeholder needed the items to be moved urgently.

Due to many pleasant experiences with Crown Workspace previously, Client immediately reached out to Crown Workspace, seeking assistance to pack and move the needed items urgently. Crown Workspace was then tasked to:

  • Packing, transporting, and unpacking of office items such as printers, cabinets, scanner, pedestals, and PC sets
  • Packing, seal and transporting of company’s confidential documents

All works were undertaken in a day and Client was very impressed with how the work was done so professionally, despite the fact that it’s only a small-scale project with very short notice given.
