Following a previous clients’ recommendation, Crown Workspace were selected to assist with the relocation of 40 staff from their existing offices in St Pauls to Coinshares newly fitted out offices in Baker Street, London.
To support their successful growth as an organisation, Crown provided a move manager to provide guidance in supporting the packing, allocation and move guidance.
The requirement was extended after discussion to include IT decommissioning and reconnections, where Crown’s Interiors Team were deployed to take down the ceiling mounted TV’s. The transfer was completed successfully over the course of 1 day.
Following a site visit by the account manager, and a briefing of the Coinshares’ constraints an expectation to support their business continuity, a scope of works was established.

- Move management support
- The disconnection and reconnection of PC’s, including the transfer from monitor stands onto new monitor arms
- The supply of packing crates for staff packing
- The transfer of owner packed crates and selected furniture
- 1 x MFD prepared for transport by a service engineer in advance of Crown Workspace’s arrival
- Special attention required for the movement of large plants which had to be shrink wrap protected
- Taking down of 5 x TV’s on wall and ceiling mounted
- Move completed within the required timescales and within budget
- Zero crate balance achieved at end of project
