The tender scenario involved a new 7,000 square foot office in a multi-tenanted commercial building, located on the ground floor.
As main functional requirements, the client requested an ultra-modern collaborative workspace that features independently and team oriented areas. Also, being a client facing company, conference and meeting facilities are part of the scheme.
The bidders are expected to provide the following:
- Initial draft design in minimum 2D CAD plan (3D images of the GA and select design solutions are strongly recommended)
- Full specification of works that would be suitable and ready for a marketplace tender exercise
- HVAC and Fire strategy to be documented in line with the specification of works
- Full pricing against the specification of works produced
Following the client project brief and their branding image, Crown Workspace designed an ultra-modern office proposal, with a colour palette based on neutral colours as mains, and logo colours (blue purple red) as accents.
Multifunctionality and flexibility was the base of the concept design which allows spaces to be reconfigured effortless or used for multiple purposes (meeting, relaxation, collaboration, etc).
The main idea was to create a ‘’future proof’’ workplace that is easily adaptable to future needs or relocations and is featuring inclusivity and wellbeing.
