The business had newly acquired offices across Spain, France, Germany, and Sweden. A site was also included in the Czech Republic.
The organisation needed a seamless rebrand of its newly acquired European offices, with consistent signage and vinyl branding across all sites. Working from client artwork and brand guidelines, Crown Workspace managed production and delivery to ensure quality and accuracy. The challenge lay in coordinating a multi-country rollout with evolving scope and tight deadlines. Through careful planning and collaboration, the project delivered brand consistency, improved wayfinding, and supported the company’s smooth integration of its new workplaces.
Project solution
Crown Workspace acted as project manager for this complex, multi-site programme. We partnered with our trusted signage supplier to deliver the full scope of works. This included printing bespoke vinyl’s and manufacturing acrylic signage from client-provided artwork.
Our role was to coordinate communications between the client and supplier, ensuring all sites remained on schedule. We managed logistics across ten sites in five countries, providing weekly progress updates and capturing scope changes as the project evolved.
Although the project timeline was impacted by delayed artwork and evolving requirements, Crown Workspace ensured clear communication throughout. This allowed the client to remain confident in the delivery approach.

Keysight reported high satisfaction with the completed works, with CBRE also praising Crown Workspace’s clear coordination and delivery. Although the programme extended beyond the original deadline due to scope changes and artwork delays, Crown maintained transparent communication, agreeing revised milestones with the client. Quality standards were achieved across all ten sites, ensuring consistent brand delivery. Consolidated production and logistics planning also generated cost savings, while the client valued the control, visibility, and confidence provided throughout the project.
