The client appointed Crown Workspace to complete the sustainable clearance of their Liverpool offices.
The clearance include the temporary move of furniture and resources for 30 members of staff whilst refurbishment works were carried out on the 5th floor.
The clearance involved over 35 x 18 vehicle loads providing maximum resale value of assets and charitable donations.
A total of 835 items of furniture was reused resulting in over 17 tonnes diverted into reuse.
The clearance also included the clearance of over 240 IT and electrical assets renewed providing 6.8 tonnes of Co2e saved.
The project was completed within budget and within the specified timeframe provided ready for building handover to the client.
Upon completion, a fully audited Client Savings Report was issued to the client detailing the full carbon savings of the project.
