Since February, we’ve had the pleasure of supporting The Social Brokers – a community-based CIC on a mission dedicated to elevating and supporting children, families, and communities in deprived areas with the donation of furniture.
We’ve been able to donate a total of 14 items, helping to furnish their fantastic ‘Warm Space’ in Liverpool, which provides safe, welcoming environments where community members connect and access vital support services.
Most recently, thanks to JLL, two high-quality wooden cabinets found a new home, where they’re already being put to good use by the charity’s volunteers.
This kind of reuse perfectly aligns with JLL’s commitment to achieving 100% reuse within their office spaces, helping extend the life of furniture while supporting local communities.
We’re proud to have developed a strong partnership with the Social Brokers team, who are such powerful forces of change in their community. It’s collaborations like these that help us drive real social impact all over the UK.
