Crown Worldwide Group in the UK & Ireland awarded Investors in People silver accreditation
Crown Worldwide Group in the UK and Ireland is proud to have been awarded Investors in People’s We invest in people, silver accreditation.

The report cited that we have adhered to our values, purpose and ethos despite a number of challenges since we were last assessed three years ago. It also noted that communications continue to grow and develop, and that despite the challenges, our people feel there is a way forward and it’s shared with all.
It also highlighted investment in our people, through learning, support, apprentices and internal promotions and the fact that we recognize the need to continue to reinforce those positive principles.
But more than simply having the right principles in place, it acknowledges our people and leaders are making active efforts to ensure there’s real consistency of experience throughout the organization.
Stephen Hardie, Managing Director UK&I, Crown Worldwide Group, said: “This is a proud achievement for our UK businesses, and it’s heartening that our own people have reported that they feel we’re all living our values of being there, caring, being determined, being open-minded and sharing, which have contributed to this recognition.
“We know our people set us apart and so it’s non-negotiable that we embrace the diversity of the team, create an equitable and inclusive environment, and provide the best knowledge, resources and skills to execute and excel at their job. This award reflects that, but we know we aren’t perfect. The assessment provides some solid insight on recommendations and actions we can take to continually improve how we invest in our people.”
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Crown Worldwide Group in the UK and Ireland. Silver accreditation on We invest in people is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places Crown in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
