COVID-19: Supporting you with safe and sustainable workplace change services
As organisations return to the workplace, adjustments to working practices will undoubtedly need to be taken.
Some of these will be temporary, others will be for the longer term as workplace strategies are revised post COVID-19.
How workplaces will operate and what this means in terms of shifts, working layouts and staff protection measures will continue to evolve. We have a range of services to support you through these challenging times.
Whether it’s changing the workspace, protecting employees on their return to the workplace or facilitating longer term home working, we continue to prioritise safety and sustainability at this difficult time.
Space planning: Introduce effective social distancing measures
Businesses need to reassess their workspaces to consider how to meet social distancing requirements, whilst still creating a productive and inspiring place to work. Our space planners can work with you to understand your needs and provide optimised solutions that can be easily implemented.
We are currently supporting clients to;
- Introduce one-way movement flows through the workspace
- Move from agile working to fixed positions
- Close collaboration and canteen areas to avoid unintentional gatherings.
At all times, we seek to make staff feel safe and protected in a viable working environment.
Office reconfiguration, relocation or exit
We’ve introduced new working practices which allows us to support your operational needs, reconfigure your workspace, relocate teams or even exit a space to meet landlord requirements whilst ensuring the safety of your staff.
If you are exiting a building, we will ensure the process is as sustainable and cost effective as possible with a focus on resale, donation, and recycling of redundant furniture assets and IT equipment.
Safe and sustainable furniture solutions
If you need temporary office furniture to meet a new layout requirement or need to reconfigure your existing office furniture then our furniture consultants can provide price and feasibility options for all alternatives. We have a large stock of quality used office furniture and IT equipment available.
Our skilled team in the Renew Centre are continuing to safely carry out remanufacturing and refurbishment services allowing us to transform existing furniture to meet new requirements.
Hygiene screens: Keep your staff safe at their desks
Safeguard your existing desk space with our newly developed Perspex hygiene screens.
Our in-house team of furniture technicians have created a safe and sustainable hygiene screen that can be made bespoke to your requirements. The hygiene screen is placed on top of existing bench desking at a 600mm height to help provide a greater level of protection.
Store your unused furniture with us and free up your workspace
In order to adapt to new layouts and changes in working practices it may be necessary to rearrange the workspace. This could result in some items of furniture or assets needing to go into storage. We can collect these items and provide a full inventory that can be easily accessed online.
This enables you to focus on future planning whilst giving you peace of mind your items are safely stored and can be readily accessed when needed.
Home working: Refurbished furniture and IT equipment for your employees
