The project involved relocating staff and critical archives from an existing civic building to a new office location. The move supported a wider office redesign to create flexible, efficient workspaces. Approximately 600 employees were affected across multiple departments. The relocation also included approximately 3,000 linear metres of legal and HR records. Maintaining service continuity and minimising disruption were critical project requirements.
