London-based gaming studio – ‘live’ server transfer

A London-based gaming studio wished to expand into larger premises, and sought to relocate from offices in Stratford to a technology and innovation campus situated in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London. A ‘live’ relocation transfer was required in order to maintain online services throughout the move period, which was scheduled to take place once refurbishment works in the new offices were completed.

Close Brothers – sustainable solutions

Close Brothers, a leading UK merchant banking group were planning to carry out an extensive refurbishment across five floors of their headquarters in central London along with a smaller project in Manchester, with the objective of utilising available space more effectively to create a dynamic workplace in which 200 additional employees could be accommodated via department “neighbourhoods”.

Sustainable move for international law firm

A large international law firm whose team of 300 was to move into dynamic new premises in Sheffield required a sustainable clearance for the property which was being vacated, as well as temporary storage for furniture and equipment until the new offices were available.

Reconfiguring existing workspace for government-funded organisation

A central government funded organisation in London consolidated their HQ during the covid-19 pandemic. Two floors were to be released to hand back to the landlord and Crown was required to reconfigure the existing workspace.

VISA VPL – high-security clearance

VISA's needed to move a team of 200 into their Paddington HQ, following their Aldersgate Street, London, office coming to the end of its lease. Crown’s integrated services were well-positioned to fulfil these requirements, working alongside partners CBRE.

Motorsport Images – specialist archive relocation

Motorsport Images is a photographic agency and archive with over 26 million images, including 13 million transparencies, negatives, prints and glass plates. This incredible photographic archive documents over 100 years of the history of motoring, with road car and sporting images since 1895.

Capita – flexible service to deliver tight clearance deadline

Capita is a London-based international consulting, digital services and transformation business with a large team in Glasgow. As part of the wider programme of estate changes, Capita required the Glasgow office which housed 1500 staff to be cleared of all furniture and IT equipment due to the lease ending.

When a technology firm’s office suffered flood damage, Crown was asked to provide an emergency response within a short and specific timeframe.

A government department wished to implement agile working across three sites in Manchester, Solihull and in Leeds and was seeking an approved supplier to put together a bespoke in-house solution and fulfil sustainability goals.

Crown Interiors – Office Refurbishment

Crown’s Interiors team were relocating to a new office, at Crown Workspace’s second facility in Ardra Road, Edmonton. The office space was formerly used as an Operations office and some refurbishment was required to enhance the workspace as well as a reconfiguration to fit the Interiors team’s needs.
