Installing a state-of-the-art system for climate-controlled storage

Crown Workspace has an ongoing contract to store valuable items in an environmentally controlled storage unit for an entity within the UK government. Over 15,000 items have been stored by Crown for this client since 2015, with 20% requiring temperature regulated facilities to preserve condition and therefore value.

One of the world’s largest online travel reservation platforms was moving its UK offices from Cambridge to Manchester and were looking for support in reusing existing office furniture rather than throwing away and buying new. Carter Lemon Camerons – providing a sustainable relocation

Due to expansion, the London law firm Carter Lemon Camerons wished to relocate their Aldersgate Street offices to a newly refurbished office in King Street. Through an established partnership with Crown Records Management, Crown Workspace’s relocations division was requested to quote for the move, including a sustainable clearance of redundant items.

Goodenough College – sustainable clearance and ‘Giving Back Project’ donation

Working with Crown Workspace’s ‘Giving Back Project’, which helps with the distribution of donated furniture, the College completed the initiative over five days in August 2021 giving North London YMCA and The Havering Community Hub over 100 much needed items of furniture and equipment.

Springer Nature Group – successful IT relocation

As part of a move towards a flexible workspace for around 1,500 staff in their London Campus, Springer Nature required specialist IT relocation support for the transfer of desktop IT equipment between buildings.

An international financial firm with offices in 14 countries around the world made the strategic decision to consolidate three existing sites in London into a newly refurbished headquarters site in London which involved moving 300 staff.

Office refurbishment for online retail company

To take advantage of a team working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic, the client wished to refurbish their office in Welwyn Garden City and therefore requested support from Crown Workspace.

Crown Workspace’s Renew IT division made a site visit to compile information for a complete project proposal to provide various services on an ongoing basis to the client, forming a flexible partnership which is responsive to the client’s changing needs.

Range of services for Dubai Investment Company

With the contract for the London premises due for hand back to the landlord, the client required a range of services including furniture and filing removal and storage as well as dilapidation works. The office space was already vacated with the team having relocated to Dubai and so a particular challenge to this project was presented as the client did not have a representative available on site to oversee the work.
